Verizon and T-mobile is sided with Samsung. Verizon was the first to sign with Samsung's defence with Apple, but it is not the last. T-mobile has stated in a court filing that a sales ban on some Samsung's products would "unnecessarily harm" the comusters and the career. T-mobile could'nt find comparible replacement products for the holiday season of 2011. In these cases the next bid date is on October 13th on the injuction request.
