There are multiple changes that are occuring with the wa that Google handles its privacy. To share information, Google must render approval prior to giving personal information. Google dashboard is a list of the applications you (user) have aquired during the entire history of using Google Apllications such as web history, Gmail, iGoogle, Talk, Voice, and Picasa Web Albums.
