Wow first off i have to say how excited i am to have the god given right to even attempt to make a blog on this topic. There are very few but massive changes in the terms 3g and 4g. Basicaly 3g stands for 3rd generation and a no brainer 4g stands for 4th generation, But the real technological differences between the two is that 3g runs on about 3 megabites per second and 4g runs on roughly 100 megabites per second. There is truely only one carrier in the United States of America that carries 4g and that is Sprint. All though most of the phone companys say they carrie 4g i am very sorry to say they dont.
