4G is deffinalty alot faster than 3G, but it will not fix the problems with your phone such as droped calls and other problems. Infact it may even exacerbate them. Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile all have 4G, but they all go "up to 10X faster." So it is not even actual 4G. All it really is is advanced 3G. So should you make a switch to 4G? I personaly would just keep 3G and go about my day.
