In the LTE rasce verizon has a pretty good head start. To make sure it says at the front of the pack, Spectrum Co and Big Red has entered an agreement. Which is a joint venture between Comcast, Time Warner, and Bright House. Thus agreement can be with other commercials and is 3.6 billion dollars. This deal will help with getting into other agrerements with oter companies and will soon raise more money every time.
