Very recently two individuals iphones have gone up in flames and emmited smoke. On Nov. 25 a man's iPhone started giving off black smoke and the phone red color and flames started shooting out of it when he got off his airplane. Luckily nobody was hurt. There was a incident before this and it occured on Nov. 22 and a man bought his iPhone 4 in France; he plugged the phone in to charge the night he got it and it started smoking and releasing sparks as well. These aren't the first cases of iPhones exploding or burning. In 2009 a few of 3GS owners also had a few problems with there phones, there headsets were overheating and were changing the white colors to brown or pink colors.
