'Call of Duty' to Let Gamers Compete Across Platforms

The Call of Duty franchise is one of the most popular frachises around. Now coming out with the third modern warfare they plan to add a little extra. A new program called Call of Duty Elite alows call of duty gamers to interact with eachother in new ways for a charge of $ 50.00 a year. This fee will alow gamers to compete in competitions and have new maps. Despite competition this fall from first person shooter game Battlefield 3 which has sold 5,000,000 copies in its first week, Activision is confident of the new "C.O.D." game MW3.
