Ten months after it's appearance at the Consumer Electric Show in January,the new table computer named Sur40 is now open for pre-ordering with the pricetag of $8,400. Microsoft promises that this table computer will be better than the first since it has; a whole new design,more powerful proccesors,and new sensor software which shouldnt upset computer-lovers.
