Corning peels back the petals on Lotus Glass, promises low-power, high performance

By:Amar Toor

At Corning, the company has come out with the new albeit sounding material called the Corning Lotus Glass. This same company also made the Gorilla Glass. The Lotus Glass was designed or made with LCD and OCED displays. Because of it's Lotus thermal and dimensional stability, the Lotus Glass brings pristine picture quality; which to me is pretty great. It also doesn't suck up too much power! I mean who wouldn't want that! Also, the thermal properties help maintain the 'lotus' form if there is hot processing. If you like this, the Corning Lotus Glass is now in production. So look it up and maybe even get it!
