The " FBI Anti-Privacy warning" which has been on major content such as movies and other things since 2004, is going to be made available for use on all copyright content. Even personal websites will be able to use the symbol without violating Federal Law, which carries a six month prison sentance and other penalties for using the insignia without FBI approval. The FBI has only approved people from the Recording Industry Association of America, Business Software Alliance, Entertainment Software Association, Software & Information Industry Association, and the Motion Picture Association of America, Which likes to make sure eople can't fast-forward through the warning.
