The military had just announced a new high tech weapon in the army. The new XM25 Precision Grenade Launcher gives the military a better advantage when fighting in the war. The grenade launcher has a ballistic computer that can be able to place air-bursting rounds with precision. The XM25 was given the new name as "the Punisher."
